Terms of Service Agreement for SocialMore.com and LoveNmore.com and all sister sites (hereto referred as “we” “us” “SocialMore” and “The SocialMore Network”)

1.Privacy
We respect your privacy. We have written a privacy policy that outlines how your information is used. You should read this policy.

2.Sharing of your information, content and personal details.

  • You will always be the owner of your content. You can control how it is viewed to the extent that our website allows. SocialMore does not sell your information, content or personal details to third parties. However we reserve the right to use your information, content and personal details across The SocialMore Network and any sister sites we own until that information is permanently deleted from our servers.
  • You understand that information, content and personal details deemed “Public” or “Everyone”, will be visible to all people, even people who are not registered at SocialMore or any sister site we run.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misused information, content or personal details. Nor are we responsible for the misuse of this information, content or personal details by third parties should it be obtained in any way; including by force, criminal action or physical system or software failure on our part.

3.Safety
We are concerned for your safety and do our best to provide a safe environment. That said, we cannot guarantee safety. You understand that this website is used at your own risk.

  • You will not treat other users in a way that may be deemed as harassment, bullying, intimidation or blackmail.
  • You will not collect information, content or personal details of other users (either by yourself, a third party or through automated software).
  • You will not post any commercial advertisements (spam) or sell yourself for prostitution. Nor will you solicit users for prostitution or pornographic employment opportunities.
  • You will not post any personal information or details about another person which may qualify as harassment, bullying, intimidation, embarrassment or blackmail.
  • You may not post content that is deemed violent, grotesque, hateful or incites violent action or depicts slavery in any way that is non-fictional.
  • You understand that this website may contain nude images, nude videos, pictures and videos of sexual and/or pornographic acts or written descriptions of such things. You agree that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally allowed to view such content. This content must be marked “Adults Only” by our rating system and may not contain any content that is illegal.
  • You will not post any information or content (pictures, video, audio, software or written word) that you do not personally own the copyright to or is illegal.
  • You will not link to or in any way share, sell or exploit any of the sexual, nude or pornographic content hosted on SocialMore or any of its sister sites with outside websites or third parties.
  • You will not solicit user names, email addresses, passwords or any other login information belonging to another user.
  • You will not conduct any contests, sweepstakes or give-a-ways without proper written consent from SocialMore Media Inc.
  • You will not do anything that could burden, overload, or disable the proper use of the site. This including hacking or attempting to hack the website or the SocialMore servers in any way.
  • You will not register accounts for anyone other than yourself without permission.

4.Profiles (accounts) and Content Deleting

  • We reserve the right to delete your profile and account at our discretion if we feel you've broken any of our rules.

5. Advertising
SocialMore, the SocialMore network and all our sister sites owned by SocialMore Media Inc. run both banner and text advertisements to help pay for our services.

  • You understand that we may use your information to better provide you new features on our site and sister sites.
  • You understand that some of our advertising partners comb generic text data from our site to better target banner advertising. This information is not tied to you personally. For instance if you write about “ice cream” you may see advertisements on the page that advertise to ice cream.
  • You understand that not all of our advertisements are clearly labeled as advertisements.
  • We do not sell your content or personal information to third party advertisers.

6. Final Agreement

  • You must agree to this terms of service to use SocialMore or any of our sister sites.
  • We reserve the right to update this terms of service at any time.
  • We will notify you of any terms of service agreement updates when you next visit the site.
